We are a values-led school, with our values driving our decision making The Role - Lead Practitioner Teacher HVT Reference : HVT0763 We are seeking an outstanding and enthusiastic Lead Practitioner Teacher to join our Nursery team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and inspirational practitioner to play a key leadership role in supporting the effective day-to-day operation of the Nursery while helping to drive high-quality teaching and learning across the provision. Reporting directly to the Headteacher/Executive Headteacher, this role combines classroom teaching with strategic leadership responsibilities, including curriculum development, staff support and development, and pastoral care for pupils. The successful candidate will be appointed on a permanent contract, working 32.5 hours per week. Working arrangements will be discussed further at interview stage. The salary range for this role is Lead Practitioner Scale L1 - L3.
