For September 2026, we are seeking a
dedicated Year Leader to join our pastoral
team. This is a vital role for a professional

heartbeat of an effective learning community.
You will be the driving force behind the
pastoral care of a year group, ensuring that
every student feels supported to reach their
full potential. The successful candidate will be a champion
for excellent behaviour for learning and a
catalyst for strong attendance. We are looking
