EARLY HELP PRACTITIONER Fixed Term - Maternity cover Grade 7 £30,730 - £33,167 (dependent on experience) To start ASAP Holy Trinity is a 3 - 16 Catholic and Church of England through-school; the only one of its kind in the country! We have a 420-place primary phase and a 700-place secondary phase which is due to expand to accommodate an extra 30 pupils in Y7 this September. Our 3 - 16 through-school status offers exciting and innovative learning opportunities which enhance progress and create a seamless transition between Key Stages 2 & 3. Our Catholic and Church of England values form our distinctive Christian ethos, and this guides and supports everything we do in school. We are looking to appoint an experienced Early Help Practitioner to cover Maternity leave. The post holder will undertake Early Help assessment and monitoring responsibilities for the school. The successful candidate will need to: Have excellent communication skills and able to work on own initiative. Be flexible, organised and work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Have good and accurate literacy, numeracy and administrative skills. Be committed to working in line with the school ethos and mission.
