Demonstrate knowledge of

Knowledge and understanding
of safeguarding procedures and how/when to implement
Excellent communication and
time-management and administrative skills
A willingness to support
the Christian ethos of the school
Ability to establish and
maintain good working relationships with students, families and external
agencies
Knowledge of the services
available to support families through the local offer
Knowledge of the education
system and the everyday function of a school
Knowledge of key government
policies eg ‘Working Together to Improve Attendance’
Knowledge of the Early Help
Assessment Framework and process.
