Teaching Assistant Level 2

Sheffield South East Trust (SSET) formed in 2016 and unites seven local

primary schools. The schools within the Trust work closely together for the

benefit of the children and communities they serve. There are many

opportunities for support, training and networking between the schools.

Manor Lodge is a thriving and successful school

creative curriculum. We are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant Level 2 to

work in our . Applicants must have Primary school knowledge/experience, alongside

a relevant level 2, or equivalent qualification (or experience) is required.

The role would involve supporting children with a

range of special educational needs (SEND).

We are seeking someone who:

Has experience working with children with SEND, particularly those

with speech, language, and communication needs and/or autism.

Is patient, empathetic, and skilled in building positive

relationships with children and families.

Can work effectively as part of a team and independently.

Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Is enthusiastic, resilient, and committed to promoting the highest

standards of support.

Holds relevant qualifications or training (desirable, but not

essential).
