Deputy Headteacher

As Deputy Headteacher, you will be expected to lead positively by example

across all phases.

Successful candidates must have

previous proven experience of successful senior leadership and be able to

provide challenge, rigour and strategic direction. Our new Deputy Head should be a leader

effectively Ability to motivate and inspire colleagues, promoting high aspirations for all Has excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish

positive working relationships with colleagues, children, their families and the wider community, through

modelling high levels

of professionalism, commitment and integrity. Believes passionately in the role of a Church
