driving improvement

and a consistently good or outstanding subject teacher with experience of line
management and/or leading on departmental projects or priorities; Is enthusiastic and able
to demonstrate innovative and creative teaching practices, and the sharing of
these with colleagues Can work collaboratively
as well as use personal initiative Be eager to inspire and
motivate students to exceed expectations Has high aspirations for
all students is passionate about learning and can contribute new and creative
