St. Josephโs are currently seeking a Lunchtime Organiser (Midday Supervisor). This is an exciting opportunity to join the Trust at the beginning of a journey of transition, development, and growth within the multi-academy trust. The main duties of the role are:
To undertake the supervision, security, welfare and good conduct of children during the mid-day break.
To oversee the dining arrangements, including the hygiene of pupils and the dining area.
To attend to minor First Aid needs of children in accordance with school policy.
To liaise closely with the Senior Lunchtime Organiser and class teachers on the welfare and discipline of pupils.
To respect the confidentiality of sensitive information from pupils and staff.
We are seeking an individual who has:
Experience of working with and/or caring for children within an educational setting
The ability to work as part of a team
The ability to provide support with the medical care of pupils
A willingness to undertake relevant training
A flexible and dedicated approach to work and who will support the ethos of the school
