Please specify in your application if you are interested in the combined role. The role We are seeking to appoint a Deputy Special Educational Needs Co-Ordinator (SENDCO) for Didcot Girls’ School. The Deputy SENDCO is responsible for supporting the SENDCO in securing excellent provision and outcomes for all students in the school with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND). We seek applicants with a genuine passion for supporting young people with SEND and who can translate this into dynamic and practical action to develop and implement systems that ensure this support is in place. The successful candidate(s) will work closely with students, families, teaching and support staff to ensure that the provision for our young people is holistic and completely collaborative.
