Your opportunity We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Level 3 Nursery Assistant, who will play a key role in supporting children to meet their educational needs, ensuring outstanding learning. This is an opportunity to be part of a dedicated and nurturing team. Please note, it is an essential requirement to be Level 3 qualified through a DFE approved training provider. What we are looking for: We are looking for a candidate who: Is passionate about developing our children Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Is able to motivate and encourage the children

Enjoys working as part of a team

Will positively promote inclusion and have high expectations for all children
