Playworker

Are you enthusiastic and passionate about creating a fun, innovative,

and safe environment for children? Do you have the skills to create engaging

activities that promote positive play and build friendships? If you are used to

working with children aged 4 to 11, we would love to hear from you? Due to the expansion of our popular “Gledowls Before & Afterschool club,” we are pleased

to be recruiting several playworkers to join our amazing

team. Successful

Candidates will: Be dedicated, friendly, and caring committed to

making a positive difference to the lives of young people, helping them grow

and develop in a nurturing and playful environment. Demonstrate an ability to create and maintain a

safe, secure, and fun environment for our children and be able to plan

appropriate activities that support their development needs and personal

interests. Be well organised, strong communicators able to

engage with children, parents, and colleagues Have experience of or be studying to work in a

Nursery, Pre-school, School, or out of school club setting. You will be expected

to: Work as a member of the Before and After School

club team, showing initiative and creativity ensuring a high standard of

childcare is always maintained. Be actively involved with planning and providing

interesting learning opportunities through play, experiences, and activities,

which allow the children to explore, develop and progress. Ensure the safety of children whilst in the club.
