About the role

We are looking for someone who:

Holds a professional qualification in Estates Management(or equivalent experience) and ideally is NEBOSH/IOSH qualified. Brings proven management experience, including leading teams and overseeing complex budgets. Is an expert in contract management, health and safety, and project delivery. Is a collaborative communicator capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders and sharing our values of continuous improvement. Possesses a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel across Trust sites.
