About the role

Bridgnorth Endowed School is seeking an outstanding and highly motivated SEND teacher, ideally with a primary background and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), to lead our new Specialist Resource Provision. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and develop provision for pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), focusing on cognition and learning, alongside communication and interaction needs. Working as part of our inclusive 3-18 Education Trust, which champions belonging and celebrates every learner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that each pupil thrives both academically and personally. You will lead a dedicated small team of HLTAs and Teaching Assistants, delivering highly personalised learning for a small cohort of pupils (three per year group across Key Stage 3). Pupils will access a blended model, spending up to 50% of their time within the Resource Provision and the remainder integrated within the main school. The successful candidate will be confident in designing and delivering bespoke curricula, adapting approaches to meet individual needs, and ensuring high expectations and ambitious outcomes for all learners.
