Key Responsibilities Lead and secure high standards of
teaching, learning, and pupil outcomes Provide strategic and operational
leadership for the Brockley site Ensure effective safeguarding systems and
a safe learning environment Lead and develop staff performance,
culture, and professional standards Oversee behaviour, inclusion, and
wellbeing across the site Manage delegated resources effectively to
deliver best value and outcomes Contribute to whole-school development
across all Drumbeat sites

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant leadership experience
Significant experience of leadership within a SEND or specialist setting Proven ability to lead teams and deliver sustained improvement Strong understanding of SEND, safeguarding, and inclusive practice Experience of managing staff, finances, and school operations at a senior
level Ability to make sound decisions and manage complex situations effectively Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong professional
relationships
