Key Responsibilities Lead high standards of teaching and learning across the phase. Monitor pupil progress and attainment to ensure strong outcomes. Promote high standards of behaviour, and classroom expectations. Support colleagues with planning and effective teaching strategies. Monitor teaching and provide constructive feedback to improve practice. Model excellent teaching and high expectations at all times. Lead phase/team meetings and support staff development. Ensure consistency in assessment and presentation across the phase. Track attainment data and coordinate intervention strategies. Support transition arrangements where appropriate. Foster positive relationships and engagement with parents and carers. Line manage and support teachers within the phase. Promote Quality First Teaching to raise standards for all pupils.
