take the next step in your career? The

Avon Valley School & Performing Arts College is seeking a proactive and

dedicated School Facilities Manager

to oversee our site and ensure a safe, efficient and inspiring learning

environment for our staff and students. As our School Facilities Manager,

you will manage and maintain the school’s buildings, grounds, and facilities,

ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for students, staff and

visitors. You will lead the site team, coordinate maintenance, compliance and

health and safety, site security, and support the school in maximising the use

of its facilities.

The role will require driving a minibus

and therefore the successful candidate will need to have held a driving license

for at least 2 years check wording or willingness to train.

safety legislation and best practice Knowledge of building maintenance,

security, and cleaning procedures Strong IT skills (e.g., email,
