We are seeking
to appoint an exceptional and highly motivated Assistant Headteacher to lead on
Behaviour and Standards and join our ambitious and dedicated Senior Leadership
Team.
This is an
exciting opportunity for an inspirational leader who is passionate about
creating a calm, purposeful and inclusive learning environment where all
students can thrive. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in
driving high standards of behaviour, attendance, attitudes to learning and
student culture across the school.

leaders and staff, and the positive attitudes to learning demonstrated by
students. Attendance, behaviour and the culture for learning were also
recognised as strengths of the school.
