As Class Teacher you will: Plan, deliver and assess high quality teaching and learning that meets the needs of all pupils Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour Inspire, motivate and challenge pupils to achieve their full potential Use effective assessment strategies to inform planning and support pupil progress Differentiate learning to support pupils with a range of abilities, including SEND and EAL Build strong, positive relationships with pupils based on mutual respect and high expectations Work collaboratively with colleagues to share good practice and contribute to team planning Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding pupilsβ progress and wellbeing Uphold the schoolβs values, policies and safeguarding procedures at all times Engage with professional development opportunities to continually improve practice
