Assistant Headteacher with Early Years & SEND Leadership Job type: Permanent Salary: L1-L3 (dependent on experience) Start date:  September 2026   The Board of Directors of St Joseph Catholic Multi Academy Trust is looking to appoint an Assistant Headteacher. This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring leader who is looking to join our innovative and ambitious team at Holy Family Catholic Academy. The role provides excellent opportunities to grow and develop as a leader and you will be strongly encouraged to innovate, develop and grow our current Early Years provision and its curriculum, aswell as enhance practice of all colleagues working within our Early Years Foundation Stage.   We are seeking to appoint an inspiring, talented and professional leader to join our community. Have has high expectations for children’s learning, and can foster collaborative working and living our values and Trust behaviours every day. Is up to date with current research around Quality First Teaching and Early Years practice. Be a team player and have the ability to build relationships with staff, pupils, parents and others working within our school and our Trust Show a commitment to continuous professional development
