Louth Academy Teaching Assistant - Fixed Term until 31 May 2027 - Maternity Cover 28 hours per week LGAT 5 £25,550 pro rata - Actual Salary: £16,403.10 Term time + Inset days (195 days per year) Closing Date: 18 May 26 We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate Teaching Assistant to join our academy. To assist students, including those with SEN, to maximise access to the curriculum, To work under the direction of the teacher in a class based environment using teaching aides and other methods of support To help support and promote the Academy behaviour policy Whilst experience is not necessary, you must have a good standard of literacy, be adaptable and willing to be involved in all aspects of school life, have a calm manner and be able to work as part of a team.
