You will: Provide tailored support to pupils, including those with SEND Promote independence, engagement, and positive behaviour Assist with the delivery of learning activities and intervention programmes Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups, including those with autism Help create a purposeful, inclusive classroom environment Contribute to the wider ethos and life of the school This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping young people succeed and who thrives in a collaborative, caring school environment. About You We are looking for someone who: Has strong literacy and numeracy skills Has experience working with children of secondary school age Understands child development and barriers to learning Can work effectively as part of a team Builds positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families Applications and Information For further information about the role please see attached recruitment pack including, job description and person specification.
