St John’s Infant School are looking to appoint a talented, enthusiastic and well-motivated EYFS teacher who is committed to providing inspirational and motivational learning opportunities for our children. The Role As an Early Years Class Teacher, you will: Create a warm, purposeful and enabling environment that supports curiosity, independence and wellbeing Plan and deliver high-quality teaching and continuous provision grounded in strong EYFS pedagogy Use observation and assessment responsively to shape learning and next steps Work collaboratively with colleagues across school and the Trust to ensure coherence and consistency Build positive relationships with families and communicate children’s progress clearly The successful candidate will possess excellent EYFS knowledge, high quality teaching skills, good communication and teamwork skills and demonstrate a desire to support CPD and their own professional development. We will expect you to want the best for pupils, have high expectations and want to make a difference.
