Your duties will include managing and communicating the Academy attendance tracker with key colleagues. This will include Form Tutors, Pastoral Teams and Senior Leadership Team (SLT). You will follow up with absent children and lead on home visits and welfare checks. Referring to Early Help and Birmingham Children’s Trust where appropriate. You must also be ICT competent and have GCSE’s grade C or above in Maths and English.
