Furthermore, we wish to appoint someone who is committed to developing strong relationships with students and to supporting them to find their voice. Oracy and play are a key part of what we do at School 21, and we would want a successful candidate to be interested in developing their practice within these. Moreover, we would be looking for someone who relishes curriculum development and goes above and beyond to make unique learning experiences for our students.
