We're seeking an exceptional Inclusion Room Manager to ensure the calm, effectively daily running of our RRR (Remove-Reflect-Restore) Inclusion Room. The successful candidate will work 37 hours per week. This is a 39-week-per-year role, which includes term time and non-pupil days. The proposed start date for this post is 1st September 2026. A Day in the Life: Some key responsibilities include: Running pastoral interventions across the school for identified cohorts at times identified by the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). Collecting and settling students from late gate entry into the RRR room and reminding them of the ‘R-R-R’ agreement and expectations. Inputting attendance for RRR students on Arbor and preparing timetables for each student aligning with their current timetable. Reviewing data and updating Year Teams of any concerns or dynamic clashes. Creating half-termly reports on RRR names, repeat offenders, early inventions and success stories. Running termly parent workshops to support parents and carers with behaviour strategies at home and how to best support their child whilst at Paxman (invite only). What We're Looking For: You are the perfect fit for our team if you: Have a good standard of overall education. Are ICT literate, with the ability to use ICT systems, tools and equipment for logging, monitoring and communication. Have the ability to resolve day-to-day problems and manage challenging behaviour independently. Have an understanding of what is meant by safeguarding and the different ways in which children may be harmed. Relevant experience of working with students aged 11-16 is desirable.
