As part of this, we are expanding our SEMH provision and are seeking a skilled, reflective and committed practitioner to join our large, experienced and highly regarded Inclusion Team . About the role You will work closely with children who require support with their social, emotional and mental health, helping them to: Feel safe, regulated and ready to learn Build positive relationships Engage successfully in school life This will involve : Working 1:1 and in small groups Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour for learning Delivering targeted, responsive support tailored to individual needs Contributing to a consistent, structured and nurturing environment This is a role that requires patience, resilience and reflection—but also offers real purpose and impact.
