An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced SEND professional to join our dedicated and forward‑thinking team as SENDCO. We are seeking an inspirational leader with the vision and expertise to drive inclusive practice, champion the needs of students with SEND, and ensure high‑quality provision that ensures students with SEND achieve excellent outcomes, are fully included in school life and are prepared for their next steps. The successful candidate will lead effective partnerships with families, external agencies and professionals to ensure holistic support for every child and play a key role in shaping strategic improvement across the school. You will be supported by a committed inclusion team and will work closely with senior leaders to ensure the highest quality provision for students with SEND.
