The successful candidate will possess a proven, demonstrable track record of effective leadership and management within an educational setting. This encompasses being a visible, approachable, and authoritative presence within the school community, fostering a culture of mutual respect, high expectation, and collaboration. To provide strategic leadership for specified whole school priorities relating to inclusion. To be an excellent classroom practitioner who inspires and motivates other teachers. To help develop and oversee the alternative provision. What We're Looking For: You are the perfect fit for our team if you have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) A minimum of two years school leadership experience Experience of leading change and innovation in an educational context Achieved or working towards a higher qualification in education or management.
