Mullion School are seeking a warm, organised and professional Receptionist/Administrator to join our busy school office. This is a key front‑of‑house role, providing an excellent first impression to pupils, parents, staff and visitors while supporting the smooth running of the school. About The Role: The successful candidate will: · Be the first point of contact for all enquiries, in person, by phone and via email. · Provide high‑quality administrative support to the office and wider school community. · Manage daily tasks such as visitor sign‑in, attendance administration, drafting communications, maintaining records and supporting school systems. · Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same. · Uphold confidentiality and safeguarding expectations at all times. About You: · Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Is friendly, calm under pressure, and enjoys working with children and families. · Is highly organised with good attention to detail. · Has strong IT skills (training on school systems will be provided. · Can work independently and as part of a supportive office team. · Brings a positive, proactive and problem-solving approach to their work.
