 Be an outstanding teacher and performer.  Have an excellent understanding of Theatre in education and how to build confidence and skill in performance.  Have excellent skills in planning and teaching a curriculum that inspires children to learn.  Be able to recognise and nurture every child’s academic and personal development.  Demonstrate effective communication and collaborative skills and bring enthusiasm to the role.  Demonstrate highly effective and purposeful assessment, tracking and feedback strategies.  Have a clear commitment to the highest standards of achievement, progress and behaviour.  Have experience of supporting children with SEND needs within a classroom.  Be a flexible, fun and energetic person who fosters a love of learning in their classroom.
