About the role

Abbey Primary School is delighted to be opening a brand-new nursery provision for children aged 2-3 years in September 2026. This exciting development will provide a high-quality early years environment for our local community and support children in getting the very best start in life. We are now seeking to appoint two enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Practitioners to join our friendly and supportive Early Years team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new provision from the very beginning and help shape a nurturing, stimulating environment for our youngest learners. The nursery will operate Monday to Friday, from 7:15am to 6:15pm, 49 weeks per year (closed over Christmas and one week in August). We are offering shift patterns of either: 7:15am - 12:45pm 11:30am - 6:00pm Alternative working patterns may be considered for the right candidate. If you are passionate about early years education and would like to play a key role in this exciting new venture, we would love to hear from you.
