Class Teacher – Enhanced Provision for Pupils with Autism

We’re looking for someone who: ✔ Has experience of or a strong interest in working

with children with Autism ✔ Is nurturing, patient, and committed to inclusive

practice ✔ Plans creatively to meet a wide range of needs ✔ Uses structured teaching approaches such as

TEACCH, visual supports and sensory regulation strategies (training provided if

needed) ✔ Works well as part of a multidisciplinary team ✔ Builds positive, trusting relationships with

children and families ✔ Believes in the potential of every child
