their full potential. You will play a significant role in driving curriculum

consistently strong outcomes for all learners.

Potential applicants should:
Have a strong track record of successful
teaching, with excellent outcomes at Key Stage 3 and/or Key Stage 4 Be able to demonstrate a secure understanding of
current educational developments and effective strategies to raise achievement,
including the use of Pupil Premium Have the ability to contribute to and implement
a clear vision for the department Be able to inspire, motivate and support both
students and colleagues Have experience (or the potential) to contribute
to curriculum development and departmental improvement.
