We Are Looking for an Assistant Principal Who: Can provide strong, strategic leadership aligned with the Academy’s vision, values, and improvement priorities. Leads and enhances the quality of teaching, learning, assessment, and curriculum development. Supports, coaches, and develops staff through effective CPD, performance management, and professional collaboration. Will oversee day-to-day operational management, ensuring a safe, well-organised, and inclusive learning environment.
