Teaching Team Leader: Geography

Treviglas Academy is seeking to appoint a motivated and ambitious Teaching Team Leader for Geography to join our forward-thinking and collaborative school. This is an exciting time to join our geography department. You will lead a dedicated and collaborative team, driving high-quality teaching and learning across the subject. There is opportunity to shape and implement our already strong geography curriculum, as well as further enhance our geography student entitlement programme, which supports students in exploring their interest in geography and future career pathways. We are looking for a dynamic and inspiring leader who can set high expectations and foster a strong team ethos. You will have excellent subject knowledge and a clear commitment to ensuring all students achieve highly. The role includes leading the strategic development of the department, using careful evaluation of curriculum intent, implementation and impact to secure strong outcomes for all learners. Previous experience of leading a department is not essential.
