Salary: £30,024 - £33,699 per annum (Dependent on qualifications and experience)

Actual Salary: £26,141 - £29,341 per annum

We are seeking a Personal Progress Tutor to provide academic and pastoral support to a defined student cohort across a range of college departments. The role focuses on monitoring academic progress, personaldevelopmentand engagement, supporting learners to achieve positive outcomes throughout their programme of study.

You will deliver weekly Next Steps PHSE sessions, carry out Personal Development Reviews, and provide coaching and mentoring to help students set and review SMART targets. You will alsobe responsible forattendance monitoring and follow-up for individual students and targeted groups,maintainingaccuraterecords and contributing to student support plans.

The role includesidentifyingand responding to safeguarding or wellbeing concerns, makingappropriate referralsto services such as careers advice, and communicating effectively with teaching staff and support teams to manage behaviour,attendanceand progress.
