Wrap Around Care Supervisor Term time only | 16.25 hours per week | Friendly school setting Kennington Church of England Academy is looking for a warm, reliable, and enthusiastic Wrap Around Care Supervisor to lead our after‑school club. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll work directly with children while also guiding a small team to deliver a safe, happy, and well‑organised provision. You don’t need to be a “manager” — we’re looking for someone who enjoys supporting others and taking pride in a well‑run club. Working pattern: 16.25 hours per week Monday-Friday, 2:45pm-6pm Term‑time only plus one additional week (39 weeks) Pay: £26373 FTE (£10051 Actual salary) What the role involves Leading the day‑to‑day organisation of the wrap‑around care session Creating a welcoming, calm, and fun environment for children aged 7-11 Planning simple, engaging activities and games Supporting and supervising other club staff during sessions Ensuring children’s safety and wellbeing at all times Building positive relationships with parents, carers, and school staff Preparing and serving healthy snacks Keeping basic records in line with school policies Full safeguarding training and ongoing support will be provided.
