Main Roles and Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that support the curriculum and enable students to develop their knowledge and understanding. Support and guide students in their learning, and create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all learners can thrive. Build strong and professional relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/carers to ensure every student receives effective support and encouragement. Monitor student progress and use assessment effectively to inform teaching and promote excellent outcomes. Uphold the schoolβs commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people at all times.
