We are looking for a teacher who : Has experience and a passion for working in KS2, particularly Year 6 and KS2. Is passionate about providing high-quality instruction to drive pupil progress and success. Has knowledge and experience of supporting children with a range of additional needs to succeed. Will play a full part in the life of Drake Primary Schoolβs community and support the ethos, aims and mission statement of the school and encourage others to follow this example. Will implement and deliver a broad, balanced and inclusive curriculum for pupils and support a designated curriculum area. Demonstrates a clear understanding of what constitutes high-quality teaching and learning. Shows commitment to ensuring equality of opportunity for all learners. Is reflective, open to feedback and driven to provide the best quality instruction to allow all pupils to succeed. Is a dedicated team-player, demonstrating consistent resilience and positivity. Builds a strong class culture based on relationships in line with our relationships policy. Has high expectations for all children and consistently strives for the highest possible standards. The main responsibilities are; Planning, teaching and assessment for pupils, using a range of tools. To facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides all children with the opportunity to achieve their potential. To contribute to raising standards of attainment. To assist in the development of app
