2, and will be supported by a strong team of colleagues who are committed to
providing high-quality education for all pupils. We are looking for someone who has: A track record of high
standards in teaching, learning and behaviour management in F2 The ability to use modern,
dynamic teaching methods to give every child the opportunity to achieve their
full potential The ability to reflect and seek
to improve their practice by engaging with CPD and professional feedback
Good organisation and communication skills enabling them to work
effectively as part of a team The ability to work flexibly and
adapt to changes A positive outlook and is
