Goldsworth Primary School is looking for an inspiring Assistant Headteacher who brings energy, passion and a deep commitment to ensuring every child receives an exceptional education and thrives without limits. This is a fantastic opportunity for an outstanding leader to develop their leadership experience working closely with the Deputy Headteacher and Headteacher.

As Assistant Headteacher, you will support the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher with the day-to-day management of the school. In addition, you will take responsibility for developing the standards of teaching and learning across the school.
We are looking for an experienced Leader who:
inspires and motivates others providing, confident leadership that builds on and strengthens the schoolβs clear vision and value;
will establish high standards and expectations of the teaching and learning within the school;
be a consistently highly effective teacher with secure evidence-based understanding of what makes the best teaching;
communicates with clarity, empathy and integrity, building strong and trusting relationships with children, staff, families, governors and a wide range of stakeholders within and beyond the school;
can demonstrate they have a deep understanding of meeting the needs of vulnerable children.
