About the role

We are seeking to appoint an experienced SEMH Teaching Assistant who is committed to supporting the learning of students to join our dedicated team at Beckfoot Allerton. You will work alongside teaching staff to support learning, promote inclusion, and help all students to achieve their full potential. You will build strong relationships, model our values of Hard Work - Trust - Responsibility, and help create a calm, safe and purposeful learning environment. We are looking for someone who: Is enthusiastic, adaptable and motivated to support young people of all abilities and backgrounds Can work collaboratively as part of a team Demonstrates a commitment to inclusion and equality Has high expectations of themselves and others Shares our vision for creating remarkable schools where no child is left behind.
