Cavendish School, Eastbourne, is looking for a highly motivated and committed Individual Needs Assistant who is passionate and enthusiastic to join in the continued development and success of our Primary Phase as part of our exciting all through status. We are looking for an Individual Needs Assistant to work in our primary phase, to assist in promoting the learning and personal development of the pupils to whom you are assigned to, to enable them to make best use of the educational opportunities available to them. You will join a team of dedicated and caring staff in establishing outstanding provision, learning and progress for all our pupils.
