This fixed-term post is to provide support for a KS2 child. A full job description will be provided separately. We are looking for someone who: has experience of working with children with SEND has experience using de-escalation techniques has strong literacy and numeracy skills is enthusiastic, adaptable and has a good sense of humour can work effectively as part of a team is committed to working in partnership with staff and families Personal Qualities: creativity and initiative to design resources and plan meaningful learning experiences flexibility and the ability to adapt activities to meet children’s needs excellent communication skills a positive approach to working with parents and colleagues Working hours : 8.45am–3.15pm, Monday to Friday (30 hours per week).
