We are seeking an ambitious and inspirational Director of

Maths to lead and develop a high performing mathematics department at Hurworth

School. This is a key leadership role, ideal for an exceptional practitioner

who is passionate about raising attainment and ensuring every student develops

confidence, fluency, and a love of mathematics.

As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will have

strategic responsibility for curriculum design, teaching and learning,

outcomes, and staff development within the department, working closely with

other senior leaders to drive whole-school improvement.
