Early Years Practitioners

We are looking for enthusiastic and caring Early Years Practitioners who are passionate about supporting young children’s learning and development within a nurturing and inclusive environment. The successful candidate will ideally have: A Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare or above Experience of working within an EYFS setting A good understanding of child development and the EYFS framework Knowledge of early phonics and supporting communication and language development Experience of supporting children with SEND or an understanding of inclusive practice Good literacy, numeracy and communication skills The ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, carers and colleagues Experience of supporting learning through play and structured activities Confidence using ICT, including iPads, computers and educational apps A positive, flexible and reliable approach to work The ability to work effectively as part of a team A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures GCSE English and Maths (Grade C/4 or equivalent)
