You will: Support teaching and learning in a small, nurturing classroom environment Work closely with the class teacher to adapt learning and meet individual needs Support pupils with SEND, enabling them to “access a broad and ambitious curriculum” Deliver bespoke interventions and personalised learning programmes Provide PPA cover when required Play a key role in nurturing pupils’ confidence, independence and personal development Lunch time supervision and some elements of personal care and 1-1 support may be required.
