About the Role We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and committed Teaching Assistant to join our team. This role will involve supporting children across the classroom, working closely with the class teacher and wider school staff to deliver high-quality learning experiences and ensure all children are fully supported. Whether you are supporting the whole class, working with small groups, or delivering 1:1 support for children with additional needs, your role will be crucial in helping every child feel safe, happy, and able to achieve their potential. Key Responsibilities Provide targeted support for pupils with SEND or additional needs, including supporting individual plans. Help deliver structured group activities, adapt resources, and track pupil progress under teacher guidance. Support pupilsβ emotional and behavioural development to promote inclusion and confidence. Build positive relationships with pupils to support their learning, wellbeing, and personal development. Work collaboratively with class teachers, support staff, and families to create a nurturing and inclusive environment. Maintain confidentiality, uphold safeguarding procedures, and model the schoolβs values in all interactions.
