We are looking for an exceptional and driven Leading Practitioner of Mathematics to lead excellence in teaching and learning across the department and wider school. This is a fantastic opportunity for an outstanding practitioner with a proven track record of impact, who is passionate about raising achievement through high-quality, evidence-informed practice. As part of the extended leadership team at Winsford Academy, you will play a key role in shaping Mathematics provision across all key stages. You will work alongside senior leaders and colleagues to secure consistently strong teaching, design an ambitious curriculum and develop staff through impactful coaching and CPD.
