Caretaker 17.5 hours per week

We are seeking to appoint a Caretaker to join our experienced Site Team at Chesterton Community Sports College. 17.5 hours per week. (14.30 to 18.00 daily during Term time) What you'll be doing Secure school premises

Ensure the site is safe, clean, and well-maintained at all times

Carry out routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs

Monitor heating, lighting, fire alarms, and security systems Manage waste disposal and replenish consumables (e.g. soap, paper towels) Respond to emergency issues (e.g. leaks, faults) and report accordingly Oversee contractors and visitors on site Maintain outdoor areas, including car parks and grounds What we’re looking for
